1. Protection of Information: All data and information collected during our engagement with clients will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes of delivering services and achieving agreed-upon outcomes. The Compass for Change will not disclose, share, or sell client information to third parties without explicit written consent unless required by law.
2. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Where necessary or requested, The Compass for Change is willing to execute NDAs to formalize our confidentiality commitment.

The Compass for Change offers consulting, training, and program facilitation rooted in leadership development, organizational improvement, and trauma-informed care principles. While our programs, strategies, and curriculums are designed to support behavioral health and social impact organizations, it is important to note:

1. Non-Medical Nature: The services provided by The Compass for Change, including but not limited to leadership training, staff development, and consulting solutions, are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice, therapy, or clinical care. Organizations and individuals are encouraged to seek appropriate medical, clinical, or psychological services when needed.
2. No Individualized Medical Treatment: The information and strategies shared through our programs and training are educational and operational in nature and should not be interpreted as a replacement for medical, therapeutic, or psychiatric guidance provided by qualified healthcare professionals.
3. Trauma-Informed Approach: Our trauma-informed frameworks and strategies aim to create supportive and resilient organizational cultures. However, the application of these principles should complement, not replace, clinical interventions or medical treatment provided by licensed practitioners.

The programs, strategies, and curriculums developed and taught by The Compass for Change are proprietary to Marci Batiste Holdings, LLC. All materials, including but not limited to written content, frameworks, audio recordings, and methodologies, are protected by intellectual property laws. The following terms apply:

1. Ownership Rights: The Compass for Change retains full ownership of all content, programs, strategies, and curriculums provided during consulting, training, or events. We reserve the right to reuse, rebrand, or repurpose these materials for other organizations or purposes at our sole discretion.
2. Restricted Use: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to utilize the provided materials strictly within their organization. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared externally without prior written consent.
3. Media Usage: All live events, whether in-person or virtual, may be photographed, recorded, or otherwise documented. By attending an event hosted by The Compass for Change, participants acknowledge and agree that their image, voice, or likeness may be used for marketing, branding, or promotional purposes across electronic and social platforms.
4. Prohibited Activities: Unauthorized replication, modification, or commercialization of The Compass for Change’s programs, strategies, or curriculums is strictly prohibited.
